BANK DEPOSIT or TRANSFER

Enjoy additional 5% discount when you pay in cash by bank deposit or transfer! 

1. When checking out, select “Bank Deposit” and click "Complete Order".
2. You will receive an email with the total amount (after discount) and bank account details where payment is to be made.
3. Deposit or transfer payment to our account within 24 hours from placing your order.
4. Send us a scanned copy of the deposit slip, or screenshot of the online bank transfer, by replying to the email from shop.helenaandco@gmail.com or through Viber/WhatsApp at +63 945 318 6710. Don't forget to include your name and order number!
5. You will receive an email confirmation upon verification of payment.

Note: Orders will be processed only upon receipt of proof of full payment. All online orders that are not paid within the 24-hour period will be automatically cancelled.

CREDIT CARD via PAYPAL

We accept payments via major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to be able to pay through PayPal.

1. When checking out, select “PayPal” and click "Complete Order".
2. You will be directed to the PayPal page.
3. If you have a PayPal account, login and complete payment using your account.
4. If you do not have a PayPal account, select "Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card" on the PayPal login page. Enter your name, card information, billing address and other information to complete payment.
5. You will receive an email confirmation of your order upon verification of payment.
