Helena & Co. is committed to high quality in the choice of materials and craftsmanship of our pieces. Because we want to assure you that your jewelry is brand new and has never been previously used or returned, we do not accept returns. All sales are considered FINAL. 

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please contact our customer support within 24 hours from delivery of item by sending a message to +63 945 318 6710 or email at shop.helenaandco@gmail.com. Kindly provide your name, order number, date and time of receipt, and a clear photo of the item showing the damage or defect. To be eligible for exchange or repair, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
